RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are more than welcome to return or exchange products within 30 days of invoice. Customers are responsible for mailing the product back. (Note: A 20% restocking fee will apply on returned and unopened items).
How do I return my Lobob order?
Simply take the items you want to return or exchange, place them back into the box you received it in, go to any USPS post office and send the package to:
